Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Well, I'm making this post as just a survey not really asking for help specifically but thanks anyways. I think the cables my video card are pretty tight so I don't think loose cables are the problem.
Survey question, I'm curious as to how often this occurs. Have you ever turned on your computer one day and just got a black screen or see "no signal" on your monitor even though you have taken good care of the machine prior to the malfunction?
If so, what was the source of your problem?
Let's say I have a hard drive with Vista already installed on it. Could I take it out, put it into an external enclosure, and run it as an external hard drive with the data intact?
Took out the video card, and plugged in the integrated video card adapter into my ASUS M3N78 pro motherboard. I managed to get past the startup screen. The problem now is that when I get to the Vista loading screen, the bars manage to move two times before the screen freezes, then I see a BSOD...
Moved to a new place some weeks ago and didn't bother reconnecting the my home built computer. Decided to replace my seasonic 550w power supply with a new 750w Antec EA-750 power supply. I then reconnected my Viewsonic VX2025wm monitor and turned on the computer and got the dreaded "no signal"...
I don't overclock it and I tried underclocking it and that didn't work.
This video shows perfectly the problem I am having

Using older drivers didn't work for me, unfortunately. My GTX 260 is XFX brand, and I have owned it for a year. Isn't that way past my RMA "due date"?
Do you guys think this is a software or hardware issue?
I am using the regular, single GTX 260 and getting texture flickering in every game I play. The flickering is not massive but when I play games like Fallout 3, little problems become big annoyances since the flickering is spread out.
I am using Vista 64-bit, updated all the drivers, and...
I have been using LCD monitors for awhile now and for some reason I have become more sensitive to motion blur when I am watching a show especially when the camera moves to the left or right really fast. If I watch for an hour or so I start to get sick. I don't think I have this problem with CRT...
When I had 180.48 driver there was no screen tearing, but after I installed the 180.84 beta driver there is screen tearing even when VSYNC is forced on in the control panel. Is there any other way to enable vsync?
I also have a GTX 260 and I am having the same problem as you in the same games you mentioned. I also get flickering shadows and texture thrashing in Tomb Raider Legend.
Will the GTX 260/280 fully seat into the motherboard if I am using the Antec 900 case and using standoffs? I am asking because I have a cooler master 690 case right now and the video card will not seat properly even with the standoffs.
