    So....what are you asking again? If you want a motherboard speaker ask a local computer store or steal one from an old alarm clock or something...likely called a case speaker...since they come in cases but I'm not sure.

    I agree, AVG if you don't want to spend anything...but you can't expect it to be anywhere near NOD32 in terms of virus detection. (for instance I tryed it, when back and installed NOD32 again and BOOM! I had 3 viruses that AVG never saw.)

    I again would go with NOD32, I've tryed Avast!, AVG, Norton, Mcafe, Panda, and Kaspersky multipal times, always went back to NOD32. NOTHING beats NOD32.

    Its perfectly safe to unplug it and store it somewhere cool and dry. Just wrap it in a ESD bag and if you have one around place it in one of thoes plastic cases that HDs come in and you'll be fine. I have a few 20mb HDs that my dad used to backup his web stuff sitting around in ESD bags and...

    Personally I would wait for Conroe. (It's what I'm doing) I've always been an AMD guy but the benchmarks on Conroe not to mention it's insane overclocking can't be ignored. Conroe will be the best processor when it's released next month and will continue to be the best for at least a year...

    I would recommend the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 if you want a resonably priced heatsink that performs awsome while still being quiet and has it's own thermal compound (actually a pad) that has been benchmarked to perform better then the Artic Silver stuff.... Newegg Link...

    I tryed that but it said the disk was locked. When I plug it in as a slave on my PC it can be seen by the PC but I can't use it or format it... I might give the WD tools a try.

    I'm sure it has somthing to do with changing the multiplyer...as to why having a higher FBS effects it, I don't know. Must be a cross problem between the CPU/Chipset/Driver ;)
