Reset the BIOS and see if you get speedstep again at stock speed. If you do, then change the multiplier in BIOS to whatever frq and see if it works then.
My one goes upto 85 within couple of minutes. I stop Prime95 then. Dont want to fry the chip. Im on the stock intel cooler. Need to get a better one asap.
Once it went to 97c accidently under prime95. Suddenly i stopped it. Fortunately survived.

I ran prime95 with one 4GB stick and had no any issue. However if i remove that and out the other on the same slot, im getting that restart/stuck issue again. So im thinking that one of the stick is bad. Am i correct...
