I have an old PC, so I don't "need" a PC but could use a faster one.

I have a microSD card that used to be 2gb and now it's only 947MB. I bought up the format menu and clicked next and it formatted before I realised the capacity was selected lowered then it's max. Is there anyway to wipe off everything and bump the capacity back to 2gb?
