    Yup the Mobo is out of the case. No memory, only the Proc, Fan and PSU. Still just flashes. fan does not even start. Does this narrow the search for the problem?

    Tried paper clip. No HSF Spin. Just the quick flash of Mobo LED's, then nothing. The flash won't occur again until after unplug the PSU and try to power up again.
