Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
EDIT: I've decided on one, thanks for the info. :)
I'm about to build a new computer and need to decide on a PSU, I tried a few different calculators and came up with different results, from 550w to 850w.
So, my question is this; is there an accurate psu calculator?
... or if anyone wants...
I agree with 95% of what this guy says. And MaZa, you hit the nail on the head too.
More about my particular gripes, I hated how the Reapers were treated. I loved them, I feared them. The fact that they were so powerful, I kept wondering if in the end there would be no way to win, just some...
I was wondering if you guys play any games with 8x SGSSAA, and what your performance is like.
I'm hoping to compare a few of your results with mine, which is relatively poor atm. My single GTX 670 gets as low as 15 FPS in Mass Effect 2, ~20 average.
Thank you, for your time.
I was wondering if the Denon AHD2000 and the Creative X-Fi Titanium HD were a good pair for single player games like Mass Effect, or if there is another combination that would sound more theater-like?
I'm currently using the Logitech G35, a usb virtual surround set with 40mm drivers. I love...
The modes you guys mention do reduce the banding, but it's less dramatic... I'll have to find out if that's a price I'm willing to pay, or maybe I'll just stick with my old CRT.
Thanks for the responses. :)
I suppose... but the Acer TN showed less banding than the Asus TN.
Also, the computer is set to 32bit.
:(
Are CRTs capable of displaying 1.07b-ish colors?
I noticed some color gradients were very prominent in Mass Effect and at first I thought it was because of the glossy screen, but in a black level comparison with my CRT I noticed the gradients were still there but much harder to make out.
Then I tired my dinky old Acer and I noticed the banding...
