    Reduce sounds doesn't work for me...

    Tried googling this problem but with no avail. Usually people want Windows to not reduce the volume of other sounds (Sounds>Communication>80%) but I'd like to and its not working. I've tried doing all the options -- no sounds, 50%, 80% -- but they have no difference. Any ideas?

    It's a valid question. And was also a firm believer in capping your FPS at your refresh rate. But If you have the ability to test the difference of playing beyond your refresh rate, you'll feel a difference in input lag. As a competitive player, this is very important to me. Hope this helps
