so i decided to upgrade and add an m.2 drive to my system. install was simple, but upon bootup, Win7 recognized a new device and failed at installing the driver. my system is as such:

i5-6600k (not overclocked)
16GB (2x8GB) 19200

sigh. i was hoping that it wasn't the GPU as i had thought that there may have been an issue with it a while ago. if they identified an issue with the GPU, one would think that they shouldn't put a time limit on it to die. kinda like a vehicle recall....granted it's a different situation...
