It is running Windows 7 64-bit ultimate.
I have not made any changes with any settings If that matters. I have never had this much ram in any system I have worked with so this is all new to me.
I have been having some issues with ram in my recently assembled computer, first it was compatibility and now I don't know what it doesn't like. I have experience with hardware (Mostly budget) but this is the first system that I was able to put real money into.
Anyway hears the important...
That's nothing, I have been kicking myself for not breaking for food and sleep... :D
In reality I have gotten better about that, the first week Skyrim and I were inseparable. With time and completion of the main quest line I have returned to a more reasonable amount of time spent gaming.
Yes, and more yes. I was introduced to The Elder Scrolls games though Oblivion as well. I have since played many TES, Skyrim is by far better than Oblivion in my opinion and I would and, have been recommending it to anyone with any interest in the series.
This may be true, I do head back and forth the the collage a ton. One might think I am paranoid, when I look for things I normally have to check every container because I have no idea where I left them. If some one were watching all they would see is a person checking and rechecking every bag...
Sad news. I have been more than lucky I guess, I haven't lost anything. I have gone as far as to store things in sacks on the floor in the arch-mage quarters.
I really don't think they can do that. It is my understanding that any mod would be property of the coder who created it, thus it would be unlawful for Bethesda to sell it like it was theirs. Now charging for the creation tools would be within there rights, and possibly for the use of there mod...
Maybe if it were on rails it could work with enemies around. Its not like a dragon couldn't get in and out of a battle while taking care of it's self.
I would prefer being able to attack while riding though... Possibly only being able to use shouts to attack, but having a reduced cool down...
That is not a bad idea, and that would probably help my stability issues. But my problem is not with Skyrim being a little buggy, and with the updates not fixing much yet that sort of thing happens. My issue is that Steam cannot respect my settings to not auto update. The idea that they are in...
That thought had crossed my mind. I just wondered if anyone here had done that before for anything similar and if there was anything to be gained. If they could fix the auto update that would be great but I don't want to bug there support staff for things that they cannot do. I just have a...
I will try these things, well not the eating sand part. I don't think that would end well. I guess I am looking for steam to "fix" things they don't see as an issue. Unless I can prove I have been harmed I doubt this will go anywhere, even if it would be a violation of my end user agreement.
Just wondering, since this has been bugging me. Is there anything we can do about this? I might just have to go back and read the end user agreement but, I would think there has to be some precedent about this. I don't know where there right to the software begins and my right of ownership...
