Hi everyone, I have a program that automatically downloads files from a main server. I tried installing it on a new computer today(its currently running on 4 just fine), but is telling me it cannot auto-download the files. So i try to access the main portal of the server and it simply refreshes...
it was actually working with a dell...but that's the issue, for whatever reason im getting no signal from the usb ports(with the usb keyboard and mouse) once it goes into the install screen. so i can click ok, advance a screen, etc.
ok getdataback worked great, just letting everyone know.
However, im having another issue, i want to reformat their drive, so i brought the operating system disc for xp home(gateway), it loaded up on their computer..but they didnt have any ps2 ports...it was all usb..so i wasnt able to...
would i be able to run getdataback if the hard drive is in a hard drive enclosure and connected through the usb, or do i have to take it out and attach it directly to the motherboard of my functioning computer?
ok, well i used an enclosure and my tower, both occasions the drive showed up in my computer, but when i tried to access it i recieve an error saying the drive was corrupted or unreadable. So am i out of options? or is there still something that could pull the files. thanks again
