    An old chipset heatsink through sheet aluminium, surrounded with square tube, then al sheet for the lid.

    Will do. I'll be testing with a mains powerred pump, so no need to power up the board and risk releasing the smoke.

    It was a lot of work, but bit by bit it came together. As for chilled.... no, just an old oil cooler for a radiator.
