JU6700 vs JU7500. Which is best as a budget PC Monitor.

I copied this from another thread I posted in, but I think it addresses some of your questions: I think I am about to pull the trigger on the 48" JU7500. The main differences between the 6700 and 7500 is a semi-glossy vs glossy (respectively) screen. The JU7500 is better at reducing...

    Monitor/TV for 3D gaming

I have Nvidia 3D vision and I LOVE it. Sadly it almost seems like hardware vendors are not interested in creating new products for it. Looking at the official site, there are 0 displays that are 1440p and capable of Nvidia 3D Vision. http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-displays.html

    New Samsung 4k for everyone.

The 6700 is described as "semi-gloss". You're correct though, the 6700 is less shiny than the 7500. Taken from rtings.com ============================ A purely matte screen has a very big disadvantage compared to a glossy screen: it reduces picture quality and clearness considerably. To...

    New Samsung 4k for everyone.

The JU6700 is not a matte finish. I wish it was. Matte screens are my preferred finish.

    New Samsung 4k for everyone.

I think I am about to pull the trigger on the 48" JU7500. The main differences between the 6700 and 7500 is a semi-glossy vs glossy (respectively) screen. The JU7500 is better at reducing reflections. The 7500 is marginally better in almost every metric, but not so much that it would be...

Kinect Hack Helps The Disabled Go Shopping

I'm pretty sure a 2-3' long string would work just as well, if not better. It would just need to be far enough behind him to allow him to turn 180 and put things inside the basket.

    ANS-9010 Hardware RAM drive

http://www.acard.com/english/newstabpop.jsp?idno=81 So they said it would be shipping in August but I still cant find it any where. I am really hoping it comes at a reasonable price. Its a drive that uses RAM and has a battery for backup, in the event of power failure it will even backup to...

4870x2 -> 9600gt, screen display is screwed, ati ccc wont go away.

I had a similar issue with a 9600gt when I was using a DVI cable. What type of cable are you using? My monitor had an auto configure setting for the placement of an image. Once I enabled that it was fine.

    The Fight Over USB 3.0

I read the article and it said that these companies claimed that intel did this for USB 1.0 and 2.0 as well. Intel is saying that the spec isn't finished yet, and they will give it out when they are done. I think everything will work itself out, but I would avoid USB 3.0 for at least 9 months...

Temp Issue with 1 of 2 HDD.

I have two HDD of the same exact model. WD 250gb(WDC WD2500KS-00MJB0). Lately 1 of my HDD have been giving me issues. I think it is heat related. Also my computer has been randomly restarting, I think this is related to the fact that my OS is on the hot running drive. This drive also recently...

    Just Ordered My Westinghouse L2410NM!!

Perhaps all you need to do is change the input. Press the 2nd to lowest button on the right, above the power button. Just tap it, don't hold it down.. You switch between D-Sub, HDMI, S-Video, Video, etc.... It sounds like you were still on D-Sub, but you are inputting to the HDMI port. I just...
