    Is there any way you can retuern that heatercore? Its going to be a PITA to get a 1/2" fitting on there. That tubing looks strong but not very bendable. I would suggest some clearflex60. Anyaway, if you must use that heatercore you will have to get a welding gun and melt the solder around...

    I'll take your post one question at a time. - Yes, I think watercooling is definitly worth the $200+ because it is far better than air cooling, and its fun! - Yes, if you want to overclock, and you aren't ready for the complexity of phase change cooling, which can cost big $$$, than water...

    I would suggest either on top of your case with two barbs comming down into the case or building an external box for it, like I am.
