Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
for manufacturers to raise their production standards people really gotta stop buying shitty displays. i mean no one would ever buy a graphics card that makes images glow
sounds like a very promising new ips monitor. very low input lag, low g2g, no pwm and not even the typical ips glow, according to posts on another board!
@MIVEC2.4
Just access the monitor's service menu (hold down menu + power button). This will tell you which panel is used.
Does anyone have a clue about the different part numbers? By now there are at least 3 Z24i models: D7P53A4, D7P53AT, D7P53A8.
I just received an email from HP customer care stating that in their new Z-Series they are not using PWM for LED dimming. To be honest I am not completely sure if they got my question right but it seems that LEDs are not dimmed in a continuous manner but by PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulation)...
