Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I've been having the same exact issue for quite some times - reinstalling using the above method didn't do anything. What I do to get around it is start playing a song in iTunes, then plug in the iPod, which for whatever reason (usually!) keeps it from stalling.
I think I'll pass on a system...
Considering I couldn't get it feeling satisfactory no matter how much I tinkered with it, I'm not sure I'm the one to ask. :P
However, in order to wedge anything underneath it period, you need to loosen the thumb screw (the one that changes the angle of the thumb pad) quite a bit, and then...

I gave up on my RAT 7 for that exact reason; no matter what I did, it was wobbly.
My Kone+ doesn't start along with Windows. As I log in to my desktop, the LEDs remain off, and moving the mouse doesn't cause the cursor to move. However, as soon as I left or right click, the mouse springs to life - LEDs come on, and within a few seconds I'm able to move the cursor. I don't...
My Roccat Kone+ came in the mail this past Monday (ordered from Performance-PCs). No issues so far. I'm loving it, and hoping that nothing ever goes wrong.
I friggin' love XFX's customer service, and their constantly excellent quality. I have never read a bad review of an XFX power supply (or anything else for that matter), and I've never had an issue with any of their products.
I friggin' love XFX's customer service, and their lifetime warranty. I haven't had to take advantage of either very often, but knowing how strong they are in both fields, I'm totally at ease with them.
I love Corsair! Out of all their products I own (multiple power supplies in various rigs, RAM, a case) they are all top of the line, and have never failed. I would absolutely adore a 2.1 sound system from one of my favorite tech companies! :D
