Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Whatever, Wabe; you obviously have a personal vendetta against Stardock. You were bashing them before Elemental came out, you have bashed Impulse, which works great--better than Steam even, IMO--and now you're treating Brad Wardell as if he ran over your dog and laughed in your face. I have to...
Myth. The street date was broken by a couple of days by some retailers, but the reason the game was shipped was because Wardell was too close to it--he was programming lots of it--and thought that his baby was ready for primetime. Basically he wouldn't listen to anyone who told him otherwise...
He has said that he was doing significant coding himself. He thought the game was ready and was going to be great. He had most certainly seen it with his own eyes.

Got the game earlier today and played it for a few hours. No game crashes for me.
Good:
Turn based 4x fantasy game. All the mechanics are there and the gameplay is very interesting. This is, right now, a great game.
I like the art. It is different and interesting.
Bad:
It needs polish...
My brother has a 5.25" on his system for lols, and I have a 3.5" for reinstallation of all my old games, should I loose the hard drive and my CD backup.
I'm a big subsim fan, but I'm not going to buy SH5 until they get rid of the ridiculous DRM. It's one thing to have a voluntary connection to use bonus content, and something completely different to require a connection to play a single player game. If I'm spending money for a game, I want to...
Mine is spotty. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't: right now it's working. Kinda annoying for such an expensive board, but it isn't worth the trouble to me to get it replaced.
