Why not just use the following commands under BGP? maximum-paths 2 bgp bestpath as-path multipath-relax

For one, that's a huge security risk, having user/pass information no beuno. Now for IP, Mac etc you can use solarwinds to do a scan on the subnet, that should feedback so useful information on the clients.
