I tried that but it wont even run with no patch used (in win 7).
So I just started playing Diablo II for the first time :-O
To my surprise it seems incredibly imbalanced, vs the original Diablo or similar genera games (not played D3), to the degree of feeling pointless to play.

Been thinking about the reliability of USB Sata docks, adapters, or enclosures (for SSD and HDD).
Seems like they damage or destroy drives far more frequently than they should, from experience and what Ive heard.

It seems that cheap USB to SATA adapters have damaged quite a few drives though.. I guess that is the type of thing Im concerned about. But youre saying this is different enough that there is much less risk involved, even if using the cheapest adapter?
