    that is pretty good. The ATX standard is +/- 10%. The only way to accurately mesure the voltage is to take a multimeter and check them straight on the psu connectors

    Well I just tried moving the ram sticks to bank 3 and 4, no luck. Also tried to set the command rate at 2T, still no luck. I'm quite baffled here. Sucks anyway. I see everybody getting 250+ and some even over 300. And I'm stuck at 240.

    Yes. I forgot to mention that before trying going over 240, I tried lowering it to 3x. Didn't work. Could it be that I am using sata ports 1 and 2? Just read somewhere that they are unlocked on all nf4 chips...doubt it though.
