And then I tried to initialize the new disk and after a week of migration I extended the partition with another full 10TB (9.3TB) and everything is fine :) Now I run on Raid6 and 7...

    Thank you, and it is better to choose 32KB Cluster in windows or rather 64KB. colleague above thinks stripe size. 128 KB cluster cannot be created under Windows.
