    Single or Dual Channel

    Right now I am deciding on what type of ram to buy for my Asus A8N SLI motherboard, though i dont have too much money on me. To get to the point, I am wondering if I will see a major difference in performance loss between a single channel or dual channel of 1 gig ram?
