    Worked on the cabinet a bit more over the holidays. Trying to get my electrician over so I can have him move/add a couple outlets. The APC 1000 doesnt fit in the cabinet, so its still on the floor.

    Each day we would come up to check on the house progress, and saw that foam crap after it was already done. There is no excuse to fill cable run holes with that crap, especially so close to the termination point.

    Thanks. Our basement isnt going to be finished for awhile, and I like your backboard suggestion. I still have an rg6 antenna amp, various alarm modules, DSL modem etc to mount outside the cabinet. When we do finish the basement, I doubt this room will get drywall, its where the water...
