Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Am i doing something different in my setup? I run a i5-4690k at stock and a MSI Gaming 4G GTX 980 (1444Mhz core/7.52Ghz memory) and get consistent performance around 50fps at 1440p, even with lots of action onscreen.
I'm running everything in Ultra under Graphics except I've manually set...
I look forward to it. I tried running 2x MFAA (forcing it in Nvidia control panel) with FXAA on and was fine in the city, running 45-60+fps in 1440p on a GTX 980 with all other settings maxed except grass very high and only high resolution shadows.
But I just got to the outer limits with...
Is it really highest settings if you don't turn on MSAA or Reflection MSAA?
Was the performance hit too high to include those settings?
Will there be a benchmark done showing the impact of MSAA at various resolutions?
I'm going to buck the trend a bit here.
I got mine and set it up yesterday. I calibrated it using TFTCentral's settings and icc profile. Ran all the pixel screen tests and have zero dead or stuck pixels, basically pixel perfect.
I have the screen running at 25% brightness and have almost...

If it is optimized to the quality of Max Payne 3 on PC there shouldn't be an issue. I have that game running maxed at 1440p and Vram counter in options isn't maxed (seriously, why don't more games give you a Vram estimate when changing graphics options)
Got a backorder email yesterday from Acer, no estimate of arrival yet. Oh well, gonna wait it out. Not worth cancelling as I got 10% off this order and saved $80.
