    AT&T has a 30 day return policy for equipment, along with most other carriers. This is directly from AT&T, it could be different from Best Buy or other 3rd party retailers.

    While I agree it's weird/lame not to have an expanable memory slot, 8 gigs is seriously plenty for a handset.     Win Mo 6.5!

    I'm hoping this is better than the first 6.5 ROM I tried. That was buggy and crashed apps a lot (standard stuff like Opera and Palringo). I switched back to EnergyROM2 (6.1) and have been enjoying it, but I agree that 6.5 ran faster (when it worked) than any of the 6.1 ROMs currently out.
