well I think I made up my mind.
Here's the final setup:
CPU & Mobo combo - AMD Athlon II X3 435 & Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P

Memory & PSU - Corsair...
Will the lower watt/amp be significant?
I just don't know which weighs more: improvement from 4770 to 4850 or the loss of performance, stability, or whatever it may be from changing the psu.
I would like to get 4850 instead of 4770, which is why I'm considering losing the 4770 & psu combo and instead get 4850 by itself, and corsar & psu combo for some discount. It's not better?
I just like the aesthetics of the case haha.
Hey, check out this combo : Corsair PSU & Memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.343602
Are corsair memory sticks just as good as g.skill?
Then I think I'll get these psu and memory and get 4850 separately
I guess I'm gonna stick to 4770 & psu combo deal.
But for the case, I came across this!

haha, thanks for clearing everything up gwarren007 :D
I get $6 off from the WD hard drive from promo code, though : (
I'm researching about that OCZ psu, and some people have really bad opinion about it while others think it's ok. argh..
so the current mobo i have listed should be fine?
And gwarren007, did you mean "if you move to the 4850" instead of 5850?
in that case, how about this combo?

for $20 more, but better gfx and psu?

cpu...
well I would use it primarily for gaming.
But what I meant by my original post is, I could buy phenom 2 x2 550, 4gb g.skill, asus m4a79xtd, radeon 5770 for a new system around $600 which outperforms that system. So I don't know which would be a better way to go.
