I've got a movie and a subtitle wth an extension .srt . But the subtitle is not working with nero showtime and media player. Pliz suggest how i can use the subtitle?

Thanks everyone 4 ur help n considerin ur suggestions i've decided 2 buy conroe e6300/6400 depending on availability of budget. Thanks again.

The budget is for CPU +Mobo.I'll buy RAM that fits anyway.

AMD has smaller cache n lesser frequency than intel counterparts.does it have anything to do with cpu working speed?? I'm a multitasker---gaming,web designing, video editing etc.Pliz suggest a suitable processor and motherboard.(budget limited to approx$250).
