I have a similar setup, but I use the 460GTX as my main card and use the 8800GT as the PhysX GPU. Strange enough, with the 460GTX I had issues with using a dual-screen setup, it just wouldn't recognize my second DVI port, but instead showed me Analog. I have yet to try the 460GTX single to see...
