Both were used in my main rig that was on 24-7 but then i moved them to my htpc which when not in use goes to sleep and all quite often so there is alot of temp cycling.
the 8600gt never woke up so i put in the 8800gt and used that and same...
are you able to use another stand with this or mounting arms? i think thats one of the gripes about that monitor for me
