    ok - update one this all put together - decided to go with a 4 gig flash drive (read only) for the os instead of a hdd running ubuntu 10.04 and windows through virtualbox (windows is stored on a network drive - no speed loss though as its reading at 33 meg/sec) parts all fit and work together...

    hi, thanks for the suggestions - i added 4 rubber washers and it cleared whatever was there - rig is now up and running - altough the chipset temps are very high they climb to 50 in the bios.......
