So did you get anywhere with this? In a previous build I had a 3930k with 2 GTX 680s all cooled by a 240mm x 25mm radiator and a 240mm x 60mm radiator. My GTX 680s never broke 40C at full load. I still have the waterblocks if you are interested.

I vote for the 9211-8i's as well, I have several feeding to 40+ drives and they have been flawless.
