    I have hard coded fan PWM to be at 96% and GPU never jumps beyond 70C on full load. I have played with an overclocked 7900GT with 80-90C before and it didnt create any problems like that.

    PSU Bottleneck for overclocking?

    So far, managed to pull out this: I have lapped my heatsink to achieve better cooling and I have about 10 degrees drop. Here is PCProbe's screenshot: Room is at about 25-30 so I think its great. I will edit this post after doing some crysis benchmarks, have to go to office.
