It contains some useless extras over others as Mini-PCIe slot, 3 display outputs...
Does Linux/xBSD OS's run without any graphics card presented ? I would like to access and configure my server using IPMI or AMT capabilities and never connect physical KVM devices to that.
But what if using motherboard with C216 chipset with E3-1220LV2 ?
Specification of C216 says, that this chipset includes integrated graphics, (also motherboard specification in my previous post shows particular graphics integrated) ?
So, does this mean that

Presently, DFI is the only available motherboard. And the price is much more lower than you mentioned.
It takes about month to get X9SAE and two months for IEI.
Once I decided to use Xeon E3-1220LV2 CPU I think it's better to go server way. I mean using C216 chipset instead. This gives me also ECC feature.
For the moment the best solution I've found...
