    No fuse? That's rediculous. So your meter blows instead of a replaceable fuse. Usually this is only a problem (read: easiest done) when measuring current. You can buy a $20 basic Craftsman meter from Sears.

    The fluke is absolutely best. I use a fluke at work and payed ~$600 for it. That's hard to justify if it doesn't make you money though. In my opinion the closest I've seen, in terms of accuracy (compared to Fluke), is Craftsman. Find the model that's right for you.

    Mesh is t3h g3y. I switched my rear to exhaust, and didn't want a side fan at all. I've had enough exposure to loud things, I want my pc to be quiet. The noisiest fan in mine is the small northbridg fan.

    I had a pretty crappy experience with frozen cpu a few years ago. thankfully they dont have anything unique (for me at least) so i can spend my money elsewhere. what I started doing back then was saving the page and description in IE and the receipt whenever I purchase anything FWIW
