I used nicehash before, and am currently using MiningPoolHub.com with EWBF miner, and I am enjoying mining zcash directly and having it auto-switch to VTC... no minimums really and constant VTC payouts :)
Umm... sad that I have to explain this, but here goes.
100% return on investment in 6 months is HUGE. Normal return on investment is, what, 10% a year? 15% a good year? We're talking 200% in a year. At the end of 6 months you have a completely paid for money generating machine, that can...
Why the hell would you put your coinbase address in? EVERYTHING specifically states that you put your nicehash internal wallet address in, and then you can transfer from that to coinbase free. I don't get how that could be mixed up?
I ordered some 200cfm 120mm Delta fans for my 4U Rosewill build, also ordered some 80CFM 80mm Delta fans for the rear... it's gonna fuckin loud, but it's gonna be a damn wind tunnel.
I recommend just going with Delta fans if you just want heat removal and aren't worried too much about some noise :)
Wow, just did my first NH to Coinbase withdraw... that was easy, and instant!
Just withdraw, enter your coinbase email address, enter the 2FA, confirm, and instantly my coinbase shows a balance... so now I can withdraw from Coinbase to my Ledger/Trezor :)
I haven't tried awesome miner but with nicehash I am definitely getting consistently better results than just mining pools for VTC... mostly because VTC has been lagging behind value wise.. but I'm getting ~$40+/day mining with Nicehash, where the calculators tell me I'll be getting ~$30/day...
You can do vertcoin too, download the OCM miner (One Click Miner) and the Core Wallet, I didn't notice any degradation of performance while using it... Vertcoin has an active discord channel too if you need help setting it up :)
Or a less popular option would be to try Nicehash...although...
I don't see it disappearing anytime soon...
When looking for advice on something like this, it's best to talk to people involved, other miners, they know better than most the reality of the situation, the code, the longevity, etc...
6 months ago I was on here and other sites asking the same...
