I used nicehash before, and am currently using MiningPoolHub.com with EWBF miner, and I am enjoying mining zcash directly and having it auto-switch to VTC... no minimums really and constant VTC payouts :)
Umm... sad that I have to explain this, but here goes.
100% return on investment in 6 months is HUGE. Normal return on investment is, what, 10% a year? 15% a good year? We're talking 200% in a year. At the end of 6 months you have a completely paid for money generating machine, that can...
Why the hell would you put your coinbase address in? EVERYTHING specifically states that you put your nicehash internal wallet address in, and then you can transfer from that to coinbase free. I don't get how that could be mixed up?
I ordered some 200cfm 120mm Delta fans for my 4U Rosewill build, also ordered some 80CFM 80mm Delta fans for the rear... it's gonna fuckin loud, but it's gonna be a damn wind tunnel.
I recommend just going with Delta fans if you just want heat removal and aren't worried too much about some noise :)
Wow, just did my first NH to Coinbase withdraw... that was easy, and instant!
Just withdraw, enter your coinbase email address, enter the 2FA, confirm, and instantly my coinbase shows a balance... so now I can withdraw from Coinbase to my Ledger/Trezor :)
I haven't tried awesome miner but with nicehash I am definitely getting consistently better results than just mining pools for VTC... mostly because VTC has been lagging behind value wise.. but I'm getting ~$40+/day mining with Nicehash, where the calculators tell me I'll be getting ~$30/day...
You can do vertcoin too, download the OCM miner (One Click Miner) and the Core Wallet, I didn't notice any degradation of performance while using it... Vertcoin has an active discord channel too if you need help setting it up :)
Or a less popular option would be to try Nicehash...although...
I don't see it disappearing anytime soon...
When looking for advice on something like this, it's best to talk to people involved, other miners, they know better than most the reality of the situation, the code, the longevity, etc...
6 months ago I was on here and other sites asking the same...
Coinbase does not use VTC so definitely not. The way vertminer (one click miner) works you need to use their core wallet. From there you can transfer to other wallets, but for mining always use th core wallet.

In an exclusive interview with WikiTribune, Marko Kobal, the CEO of NiceHash – a Slovenian-based crypto-mining marketplace – said that his company is “working on a solution...
that's the wallet, Sprayingmango, lolllllllll
When it's done, click Receive, and then create address, and that will be the wallet address you put in the miner.
Then download the one click miner, and add pool, pool address 107.150.52.138:9191, password is x, and enter your wallet id. then...
I did overclock mine, can't tell you the exact specs right now but its something like +130core -400mem
VTC is core dependant not memory like ETH
Also they just launched Net3 (network 3) to ramp up the payouts because with all the influx of people from Nicehash the payouts were getting a bit...
Well I might as well make a thread about it since Nicehash went down..
Vertcoin calls it the OneClickMiner (OCM) and it is a pretty easy to use GUI interface for mining vertcoin (lyra2rev2), which actually gets a few extra mh/s over the ccminer I started with.
Install the VTC Core wallet...
Vertcoin has a One Click Miner which is pretty easy to use.. downloaded the Vertcoin Core Wallet to mine to, getting pretty good hashrates with NVidia cards. No AMD support yet
I feel pretty damn good, I was able to get ethminer to work, and I finally got ccminer to work mining VTC... VTC seems more profitable but I don't want to throw away what I mined with ethminer, so I'll probably do that one until the .05 threshold and withdraw, then do VTC.. or do VTC until they...
Couple options are ethminer and vertcoin but I haven’t done much research on either... I got two rigs running ethminer looking like about a weekly payout in Ethereum

Hard part now will be setting up a miner without the simplicity of nicehash :(
Ok when I signed up with Nicehash, they made me create a BTC wallet address...
The one that you put in the Nicehash Miner itself... well I put that into Bitref and it shows 0.00524740 received and the same amount sent...
Does that have anything to do with my balance? Is my main Nicehash...
I wouldn’t go that far, however I think it will continue in a trend where enough people will be cashing out having made their money and more buying in and it will continue to rise... for a little while yet at least. I don’t see it dying within the next 6-12 months at least.
You nailed it on one point, then jumped off on another...
You said it yourself, it's a commodity. Like gold. It is being mined, digitally, and there is a limited amount available. Like gold. A lot of it has been found, like gold, so value increases... like gold. It is getting harder and...
