So basically, only give the court what they ask for. When they ask for redacted copies, don't give them unredacted copies and be surprised when it's made public.
"High-end" "expectations" are hopes...
Expectations are what they EXPECT. Which they met. This is very simple.
eg: "We expect 2-4m sales. We got 3m sales. We met our expectations. We didn't meet the 4m we had hoped for."
It literally met their actual sales expectations. As they've stated.
What other way is there?
And the attach rate is significantly higher than FF7R. 3m sales on 40m~ consoles vs >100m PS4s for 3.5-5m sales?
Unless the attach or sell-through rate of something is 100%, is there any business that...
It actually didn't though. All of the "content" removed after he took over was in line with what was happening prior to him taking over.
The "huge amount" removed people were all talking about (the articles about the 44000 accounts or whatever it was) was a) in line with prior quarters/months...
It would be nice if they'd at least "un-kill" a pretty standard Windows feature of allowing double-clicking of the top left corner to close the window that no longer works. (Just restores now as if you double-clicked anywhere on the top bar)
Price matched Amazon to $59.99 then used 40% cartwheel deal to get $35.99 or so? They aren't actually supposed to allow you to do that. The system lets you but policy says you can't price match and use a target coupon (which cartwheel is).
Whether it's a direct backdoor or a copy of the keys by a non-owner it can work the same way. Either someone can directly access the backdoor of a device or someone can break into/social engineer/etc the manufacturer for the key. Either way people who should not have access now have access.
an HDMI splitter is probably the way to go. That is what I do in my 2 monitor + 1 HDTV cloned setup. Using it has eliminated the random screen tearing that occurred watching video on the HDTV as well. (Since it's the same signal, not just being produced by the gfx card twice I guess?)
