    aaahhh thank you Blue Fox :) Wouldn't want to be doing something illegal there. Weird that it worked very well for the WRT54G routers as well as the iPhone... And it was so clear there at the end of the scale in inSSIDer :) Thanks for the explanation!

    It does connect automatically when it sees it. But when the router is on channel 4, the laptop doesn't even see the network. Doesn't appear in inSSIDer either...

    Just ordered one as well :) Price is $499 today in the canadian store instead of $750!!! Been waiting forever to get an IPS screen... hopefully this one will be nice. It will be interesting putting it side by sode to my Acer F-20, which I still love to this day :D
