Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
How will you able to limit firefox to not exceed 384 MB of ram usage? Believe it or not firefox is ram hog and really there is nothing you can do about it. I have tried.
I am not so sure about that. If it really is a performance optimization I prefer it to work like it did in Windows Vista. Minimizing and maximizing WOW in Windows 7 can be very painful at times even with 8 GB of ram. There is something wrong when my fps in WOW go from 40 to 60 fps then all the...
Does anyone else have this problem in Windows 7 but not Windows Vista? There is a huge thread about it in the official Windows 7 forums.

I kinda have this problem but only when...
Same here. Got my 80 GB Intel SSD for $229.99 so I don't feel like I missed to much. Though I wish I could of afforded the 160 GB but even at $414.99 I can't. Still that is one heck of a deal sense the faster one. Like with the latest pulled intel firmware. 100 MB write speeds!
I have had the same problem here with AHCI but I have a Intel mobo/cpu. Spent around a good 5 hours trying to get AHCI to work. You should get AHCI working because it has a huge benefit for SSDs. Like for 4k-64Thrd Read and Write. Supports automate TRIM as well.
I don't get it either nubbin77 but I did spend about 5 hours trying to get ACHI to work. Everytime it would just freeze at BIOS startup or Windows 7 would install but always freeze at finishing the installation step. It still doesn't make sense to me. Even tried updating my motherboard BIOS with...
I couldn't get Windows 7 64 bit to finish installing when setting ACHI from IDE. It would always hang at the last step when finishing the installation. Updating the BIOS made the problem even worst where when turning on ACHI the BIOS would even get pass to the part where it would load the DVD...
