Which DFI series is higher end, the Lan Party or the Infinity series, I'm a little confused.

I'm getting a DFI motherboard and I want to know wether to throw down on a flashy sound card or to just stick with onboard audio. I will deffinatly be using this for gaming and movies, and hoking it up to a decent sound system, but nothing more then media really, I won't need any audio input...

I have just built up my p4 system. Nothing fancy, 3.2GHZ 512MB of Ram, 120GB SATA, simple asus mobo, and when I boot initially, it say "Unreadable boot device". It appears to skip the bios and POST and go straight to this message. I really don't know what could be happening. Is my comp dead?
