Thanks for the responses! I'm not touching the monitor at all, simply standing up to leave, and it happens. Sometimes also as I sit down. It's gotta be the friction between the pants and the chair somehow.
I have no idea how to set that up, but spraying the chair with an anti-static spray seems...
So it's quite dry here in the winter, and I have a fabric chair, which causes an audible static discharge when I stand up. Sometimes it kinda hurts too, but it's only mildly annoying at most. I do use a humidifier which helps, but not 24/7.
Anyway, when this happens, one of my two monitors...
It looks like it was the connection, I ran those benchmarks for a few hours and been using the computer since reseating the connections, no problems so far. Thanks guys! Looks like I'm ready to install the RTX 3080 ti when it arrives :)
I looked at the wires and it seems like the CPU cable might not have been properly inserted into the motherboard. Do you think it's safe to try it again, and run those stability tests? I'm worried about it bricking my CPU or something. Is that even possible, that it wasn't making a proper...
Hi! I'm guessing the answer is obvious: faulty PSU, but I'll ask just in case.
I upgraded my PSU yesterday to a beQuiet Straight Power 11 (850w), in preparation for other updates. Previous PSU (BitFenix 650w) has been working fine with the current setup for around a year. Didn't change anything...

So I restarted the computer and chkdsk ran, giving me a bunch of "Recovering orphaned file" lines. Now...
I didn't have a problem with what happened at the end of it (maybe cause I wasn't as invested in the series, ME3 was my first game), as much as I had a problem with the game being so heavily choice focused, and the ending was just a ternary choice. Do you want this, this or this? None of the...
A lot of people like to share their opinions as to whether or not they liked the ending of some game. For me it's almost always a negative experience because the ending means I don't get to play the game anymore.
Anyway, how would you describe a good game ending? What do you have to do to...
For me it got difficult at around the 40 level range at the floating island - that's when you get loads of squishy enemies that deal lots of damage. For the most part you can use that aoe spell and stealth to get rid of them, but when you don't, they can just pretty much take you down to half...
