First the pc would sometimes freeze during boot up when it was reading the dvd drive, i replaced it with a new one, no problems for a week. Then the dvd drive (all of them being same LG models), started quickly opening closing during boot up, changed boot order to 1)harddrive, 2)cddrive, and...

this is the 3rd drive...i hope this 1 isnt broke too.

This morning and so on, not always, but sometimes when starting the computer, the disk drive (An LG dvd drive) opens and closes once when I start the computer...not sure why?

Planning on buying a HSF for my E6750, also going to grab AC5. Basicly, what HSF should I get that is best performance/price?

not sure what lapping is, stock volt is 1.35V, which is what everest shows under load.

my case has front in, back out fans, stock cooling, stock thermal paste.

Everest reads my CPU under orthos as: CPU: 55C CPU#1CORE#1: 60C CPU#1CORE#2: 60C 1.35V @ 3.2Ghz
