Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Well, found the crash problem
My 8800gtx oc2 can't handle the the default overclock, downclocking to 610/1900 solves everything.
I'm should rma it in a few days.
Thanks everyone for feedback.
Alex
Thanks :cool:
Just contacted bfg's tech support, after sending them shot of my bios showing the rails voltages are normal they suggested me RMA :( .
too bad I don't have some other card to able to use my computer while I'll get replace.
Alex.
Hello,
I just got new rig:) with bfg 8800GTX OC2 version, (626mhz core/1000mhz memory)
At default settings I'm having serious artifacts in some games and system hangs:mad: .
also the card running VERY hot, 70C at idle, 84C at full load.
When downclocked to 600mhz core, 950mhz memory everything...
:confused:
11.71v is 4% less than 12.2v, very close to -5% minimum.
I see it in the BIOS, also with asus probe app that came with the MB.
Well I know it's within +/-5% spec but the starange thing is that in all reviews I read the PSU preformed perfectly even slighty higher the specs in all...
Greeting!
Just bought a new system:) and I'm getting only 11.71a on +12V rail:confused: .
other rails are also lower then they should be:
v3.3 = 3.29a
v5.5 = 4.95a
after playing 10 minutes in Command & Conquer 3 I get hard crash.
same with some nvidia demos and 3dmark03
any ideas?
my specs...
