Saitek Gaming Keyboard Vs. Logitech Elite

You get so used to it eventually, that you don't even realize that you switch it on anymore. As far as the volume control goes, they switched that around from up/down buttons to a volume knob on the latest model, huh? I have last year's model and it was a lot nicer.

Sony 52X24X52 CD-ROm scratching my discs!!!

Yeah well, that is kinda what I want to avoid. If I have to buy a new player, then so be it, but if there is a way to fix it, I would rather it be that way.

Saitek Gaming Keyboard Vs. Logitech Elite

I own both keyboards, and you really can't go wrong with either. I am rather particular about my Saitek though. It just feels "right," and it is great with games. I don't use the little pad that came with it, as I find it to be completely useless. The Saitek is durable, and looks great with the...

Sony 52X24X52 CD-ROm scratching my discs!!!

I have noticed that my CD-RW is making surface scratches on my discs. I have only noticed it recently though. The scratches are not circular, but from side to side. I have cleaned out the tray with a cloth and blew the drive out with compressed air. I have not noticed any disc skipping, but it...

    Catalyst 5.1 not working

Just one of the last things ya think about, or at least I do.

    Catalyst 5.1 not working

Turned out that my card had some dust stuffed inside the fan and heatsink. Cleaned that out, and now it seems to be working fine with the 5.1 drivers.

9700 pro: VPU not Responding to drivers

I had a similar problem, and it ended up being an overheating issue. Look at your fan/heatsink. Is it clogged with dust? If it is, then use some compressed air to get rid of it. My computer kept locking up when I installed the newest drivers, and I thought it was a software issue, but when I...

    Problem solved....a couple new questions

I was having problems with the 5.1 Catalyst drivers....computer was freezing up after a couple minutes of paying a game. Well, I took the card out of my computer, and removed some dust from the fan. It was not a lot, but apparently enough to overheat the card. Now, a couple of questions...

    Catalyst 5.1 not working

Sigh....I wonder what could be so different about the 5.1 drivers from all the rest of them? I have had no problems whatsoever with every other catalyst release.

    Catalyst 5.1 not working

Incidentally, I did check the temp on my card in the ATI control panel, and it reads 40 C. Is that too high? I am using 4.12 drivers.

    Catalyst 5.1 not working

No, I have never overclocked the card before, and I would hate to underclock it just to get it to work properly.

    Catalyst 5.1 not working

I installed the Catalyst 5.1 drivers, and they seem to work fine for a couple of minutes, but then whatever game I am playing will lock up, and I will get an error message stating that the VPU was reset because it was no longer responding to commands. I have had no problems with earlier...
