How can I calculate BTU based on load percentage and size of the UPS?

I'm shopping for a cooling solution for our company server room.We have about 18 servers and according to our APC Symmetra UPS reading we're at 36% load of 12KWA. My question is how big the AC has to be for this server room.I was thinking to get two of this units...
