    Just an update.. Wen't with the asus and an e8400 got a nice stable overclock of 460fsb, and temps holding mid to high 60's with a full night of prime95. with the Noctura nhc12p. Thanks for the tips, and this great forum.

    Thanks thats what i was wondering.. If the asus can overclock like that that should be more then enough for me. And from what i'm reading about the DFI sounds a lot simpler to work with.
