    Definitely go with the ASUS GTX 780 DCUII http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DWV3NM6. It has the best cooler on the market, a custom PCB, and great VRM cooling. The price to performance ratio is definitely worth it also.

    Go with the Sapphire R7 260X http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814202081. Sapphire is the best manufacturer of AMD graphic cards. They have great customer support and product warranties. Sapphire cards also perform exceedingly well, have great cooling, and overclock better than most.

    Just check eBay periodically and find a used GTX 780. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Graphics-Video-Cards-..._nkw=gtx+780 The step up from a GTX 660 Ti to the 770 wouldn't be worth the cost.

    gtx 760 or (2) gtx 450 sli

    Like xorbe said, if you can sell your current cards then definitely get the GTX 760 which shouldn't cost you much more. They perform very well for a budget, single card setup. I had one for quite a while before moving to an R9 280X and it served me well.
