Yeah, it'll work if the distance between the cards is the same. You might want a flexible connector though, just for ease of use.

You'd need to get two 3GB models and sell the old one for both cards to use 3GB of RAM.

90 watts is.. rather low. The CPU already pulls a third of the PSU. A 4350 wouldn't be worth it anyways.
