the Keyboard of choice for me is the Merc Stealth! is a great full keyboard with a gamepad attached. it take a bump to get used to, but no i can't play without it!
thats because when you overclock a Q6600 you turn the multithreading odd, a stock 2.66GHz is like 2.66*8 so yes it will be faster then the Q6600 at 3.88 *4
The I7 is a fast chip, but for the price/proformance i would much rather go AMD PII. no i do not hate the I7. but if your not benching you don't need it. the intel c2q are still fase enough for any game... games still don't ulitize a dual core yet. But no matter what you chose have a good time...
forget the xbox controller, why not go a bit farther and get a Logitech MOMO racing steering wheel. its great with grid. i love it and i am currently playing it now. depending to your prefrences you will have to set up the logictech proflier to your needs but other then that, have fun!
