Hate the color aswell, running a full noctua air cooled setup. I bought my 120mm noctua case fans nearly 10 years ago since then they intercontinentally travelled with me and have been running atleast a couple hours daily, they still perform like on day one.

Drop the dll into the games root folder and start it. There is no simpler way of doing it possible.
