    Ok so i installed a fresh XP on a different HDD. It installed fine and with the generic XP drivers it would change resolutions perfect. Then i installed nvidia's 45.23 drivers and it got weird on me changing resolutions again. Also noticed a few funky pixels... confusing me some more...

    Can't downclock it. I try but when it tests it it does the crazy thing like what happens when i try to change resolutions....

    Alright so, first ti4200 OTES dies completely, I rma it and get a new one. This was a month or so ago i think. Ok, new one works fine except newest nvidia drivers cause opengl games to crash. Alright, i write it off as something odd with the drivers and install old ones. So a few days ago...
